Two individuals, Jeremiah Wood, 42, and Danielle Davenport, 33, were arrested in Paducah, Kentucky, in connection with a multi-county catalytic converter theft ring spanning McCracken, Marshall, and Livingston counties.
Authorities recovered stolen converters, tools, and drugs during raids linked to the investigation, which began after surveillance footage captured Wood attempting a theft.
Wood, who had a prior warrant, admitted to multiple thefts, including high-value equipment.
James Q. Guiling, 64, remains at large on charges related to methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
A separate high-speed chase led to the arrest of Christopher Campbell, 28, from Tennessee, on multiple charges including fleeing police and possessing stolen property.
The investigation is ongoing.
