Starting in 2026, the Milwaukee Brewers will no longer produce their own local broadcasts, as Major League Baseball will take over production and distribution of all games.
The move, prompted by financial issues at the team’s previous broadcaster, brings the Brewers in line with other MLB teams transitioning to league-run local broadcasts.
In-market fans will be able to watch games via cable, satellite, or MLB’s streaming platform, MLB.TV, with a dedicated Brewers streaming package available through MLB.com and the MLB App beginning in February.
The change aims to improve broadcast quality and consistency, offering advanced production elements like drone and camera technology, and ensures all 162 regular-season games are accessible through local or national MLB partners.
