A $200 million, multi-year partnership between Snowflake and OpenAI will integrate OpenAI's GPT-5.2 and other cutting-edge AI models directly into Snowflake's Cortex AI and Intelligence platforms on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Through the integration, Snowflake's 12,600 enterprise clients, such as Canva and Whoop, can create safe, regulated AI agents that use natural language to analyze proprietary data without transferring data outside the platform. By moving away from earlier Azure-dependent access, Snowflake is establishing itself as a key hub for enterprise AI while also enhancing data security, lowering latency, and speeding up the adoption of AI in corporate operations.
