In October 2025, 4% of patients at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust waited over a year for planned surgery, up from 3% the previous year, ranking the trust 107th out of 118 in England for long waits.
The trust also fell short on national targets, with 58.6% of patients receiving elective care within 18 weeks and 34% waiting over six weeks for diagnostics—well above the national average.
