Netflix will drop support for BT and EE TV boxes on March 4, 2026, ending access for users on those devices.
Netflix will discontinue support for the BT TV Box (Z4) and BT TV Recordable Box (G4)—now branded as EE TV devices—starting March 4, 2026, due to an app update.
Affected EE and BT customers will no longer access Netflix on these boxes, though subscriptions remain active and can be used on other devices like smart TVs, streaming sticks, smartphones, and gaming consoles.
