MLB will stream Royals and Cardinals games locally starting 2026 via team apps, replacing traditional broadcasts.
Starting in 2026, Major League Baseball will produce and distribute local games for both the Kansas City Royals and St. Louis Cardinals, making them available via team-specific streaming platforms—Royals.TV and Cardinals.TV—on cable, satellite, and the MLB app.
In-market fans can subscribe annually for $99.99, while out-of-market viewers can use MLB.TV for $149.99.
The move marks a shift from traditional broadcast models, with MLB handling production and distribution for both teams, joining seven others in the program.
Broadcast details and provider partnerships remain pending.
