Kore REIT resumed payouts after 2023, boosted by higher revenue and reduced debt.
Keppel Pacific Oak US Reit (Kore) surged 8.3% to US$0.26 on February 3, 2026, after resuming distributions with a US$0.0025 payout for the half-year ended December 31, 2025—the first since 2023—marking progress in its recapitalization.
Despite a 3.1% drop in distributable income to US$23.1 million due to higher financing costs, revenue rose 4.9% to US$75.6 million and net property income jumped 10.3% to US$40 million, driven by higher recoveries and operating income.
The REIT also terminated its outsourced U.S. asset manager and secured US$152.5 million in new loans, reducing leverage to 44.1%.
