Jesy Nelson has revealed that the emotional strain of her twin daughters’ SMA Type 1 diagnosis led to the end of her engagement to Zion Foster. The 34-year-old former Little Mix member said the trauma and ongoing challenges of caring for her children, who were diagnosed at eight months old, made sustaining their relationship unsustainable. She emphasized that while the split was painful, she remains focused on co-parenting and providing her daughters with a loving environment. Nelson also shared that her journey will be featured in her upcoming Prime Video documentary, "Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix," set to premiere February 13, which aims to raise awareness about SMA1.
