A Morgan County man, Jacob Roberts, 26, was arrested and charged with multiple offenses including first-degree assault and armed criminal action after allegedly firing shots into a home following a physical fight. Authorities say Roberts returned to his residence, retrieved a firearm, and shot into the house after a dispute in the driveway. Evidence included a bullet hole in the garage, a discharged bullet, and a .458 caliber shell casing, along with an AR-style pistol and matching ammunition found in his bedroom. Roberts faces several charges and is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday.
