Chef John Fraser launches Mediterranean prix fixe menu at Tampa’s Azure restaurant, with Amy Racine named James Beard semifinalist.
Chef John Fraser, known for his Michelin-starred Lilac, has launched a family-style Mediterranean prix fixe menu at Azure, the rooftop restaurant of Tampa’s only five-star hotel, The Tampa EDITION.
Drawing from his Greek heritage, the menu includes shared starters like Pikilia, entrées such as Chicken Breast Avgolemono and Lamb Chops with green tahini, and seasonal dishes including a Greek frittata and a sesame chicken koulouri sandwich.
Amy Racine, Azure’s beverage director, was named a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service.
The restaurant offers panoramic views of Water Street, operates Wednesday through Sunday, and accepts reservations via OpenTable.
