K. V. Toys India expands supply chain with new 55%-owned factory launching in 2027.
K. V. Toys India, a Mumbai-based toy maker, is expanding its supply chain by launching INDO MANUFACTURERS LLP, a new LLP in which it will hold a 55% stake.
The venture, set to begin operations in early 2027, aims to boost in-house production with a monthly capacity of 175,000 units and requires ₹2 crore in funding.
The move supports the company’s shift toward backward integration and reduces reliance on external manufacturers.
The firm, which sells under brands like Alia & Olivia and Thunder Strike, has over 2,000 retail outlets in India, distributes through modern retail and e-commerce, and has begun exporting to Germany.
It went public on the BSE in December 2025.
