CTM founder Jamie Pherous resigns amid share suspension; Ana Pedersen becomes interim CEO.
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has announced the immediate resignation of founder and managing director Jamie Pherous amid ongoing turmoil following the suspension of its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Pherous, who is not linked to allegations of overcharging the UK government for asylum seeker housing, will transition to a six-month advisory role.
Ana Pedersen, chief commercial officer, will take over as CEO in the interim.
As part of the leadership change, the company stated that a "refreshed corporate structure" was necessary, but this had no bearing on its contract for government travel to Australia.
No more information has been made public, but the accounting problems are still being looked into.
