The amended complaint, filed in late January 2026, adds three plaintiffs and cites ongoing respiratory issues, eye injuries, and psychological distress. Residents say they were struck by projectiles and forced indoors as chemical munitions landed near the building. Plaintiffs are seeking a preliminary injunction to halt further use of such weapons, arguing their rights were violated and living conditions made unsafe. The case remains under judicial review.
