A 91-year-old woman, Sylvia Fuller, died after being struck by a silver Citroën C4 on a zebra crossing in Leverton Way, Waltham Abbey, shortly before 10:30 a.m. on a recent Tuesday. She was en route to a club at the Baptist Church Hall, which she cherished. Police are investigating the incident and have appealed for witnesses or video footage, providing crime reference number 42/14176/26. Fuller is survived by two daughters, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Her family has requested privacy during their time of grief.
