Two men, Stanley Russell, 54, and Jeremy Best, 46, both of Colorado, were arrested in connection with the January 30, 2026, theft of a 2012 Kenworth feed truck and attached feeder valued at $165,000 from a feedlot near North Platte, Nebraska.
Lincoln County deputies located a disabled vehicle near Interstate 80 and linked it to the suspects through evidence found inside.
The stolen truck was recovered in Dawson County.
Russell was charged with theft and held on a parole warrant.
Best was apprehended in Kearney with help from local police and is to be returned to face theft charges.
Authorities credited Dawson County and Kearney police for their cooperation.
