A man was arrested for ramming a car, firing a rifle, and demanding money in a road rage attack.
Nathan Johnathan Muniz, 29, of Salem, was arrested on January 29 in connection with a January 16 road rage incident that turned violent.
Police say Muniz, driving a white Toyota Tundra, rammed a vehicle, used an AR-style carbine rifle to break a window, and demanded money at gunpoint.
Victims fled and reported the attack.
Authorities identified Muniz through surveillance and vehicle evidence, recovering a matching rifle and damaged parts from his home.
He faces charges including first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, and unlawful use of a weapon.
A court appearance is scheduled for Friday.
