Israeli forces captured a top Hamas commander from the Eastern Rafah Battalion during overnight operations in Rafah, following airstrikes that killed three of eight terrorists fleeing a tunnel complex. Additional strikes targeted Hezbollah operatives in southern Lebanon and armed militants near the Yellow Line. The IDF revealed it sometimes spared certain terrorists holding hostage intelligence to preserve rescue leads. Four suspects remain at large.
