The ED seeks to seize properties in India, Dubai, and the UK, bank accounts, jewellery, and cash, arguing the move deters evasion of legal proceedings.
Bhandari’s legal team challenges the ED’s jurisdiction, claiming the alleged offense value is below the ₹100 crore threshold and citing a UK court’s refusal to extradite him over human rights concerns.
The Delhi High Court is reviewing the FEO declaration, and the final decision is set for February 16.
