Doyle joins after serving as offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears in 2025, where he helped transform their offense from worst in the league to sixth in total yards.
He will now take on play-calling duties for the Ravens, who finished 8-9 in 2025 and missed the playoffs.
Doyle previously worked under Sean Payton with the New Orleans Saints and Denver Broncos, and was considered for the Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive coordinator role, which went to Sean Mannion.
The hiring marks a key step in head coach Jesse Minter’s effort to revitalize the offense, particularly around quarterback Lamar Jackson.
