Aspiro wins award for supporting disabled individuals through university job partnerships.
Aspiro, a Green Bay nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, received UW-Green Bay’s Council of Trustees Community Service Award for its regional impact, highlighted by a partnership providing clients with work experience in university operations, facilities, and grounds.
The award recognizes Aspiro’s mission to promote independence and fulfillment through personalized support.
Ryan Ruzziconi, Aspiro’s president, accepted the honor.
The event also welcomed Laurie Butz, CEO of Capital Credit Union, as a new Council of Trustees member, recognizing her 35 years in financial services, community leadership, and roles including the Green Bay Packers Board.
