Shooting for director Rathna Kumar's romantic drama '29 The Film,' starring Vidhu and Preethi Asrani, has wrapped after 35 to 40 days. The film, inspired by Kumar’s personal experience at age 29, explores identity and emotional transformation, marking a shift from his earlier comedies. Produced by Lokesh Kanagaraj’s G Squad and Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench Productions, it features music by Sean Roldan and a supporting cast including Master Mahendran, Avinash, and Shenaz Fathima. The team celebrated the wrap with a traditional pumpkin-crushing ceremony.
