His handcrafted Spring/Summer 2026 collection, inspired by Vietnam’s Nguyen dynasty and the cultural fusion of French colonial rule, overcame last-minute customs delays to make the debut.
Co-founded with 40-year-old Steven Doan, the brand launched less than three years ago and quickly gained global attention after its first collection sold out.
The invitation came from France’s FHCM fashion federation, recognizing the label’s craftsmanship and originality.
Phan aims to showcase Vietnam’s creative potential beyond its role as a manufacturing hub.
