Starting February 9, 2026, Singaporean workers aged 30 and above earning up to S$3,000 monthly can apply for the upgraded Workfare Skills Support (Level-Up) scheme, offering up to S$18,000 annually for full-time training and S$3,600 for part-time training.
The program supports long-form courses like diplomas, degrees, and career transition programs, with funding available for up to 24 months before and after age 40.
Eligible individuals receive 50% of their average monthly income over the past year, with a minimum of S$300 per month.
Applications open online on February 9 for training beginning March 1.
