Kosta’s Takeaway opens in Brisbane mid-February, expanding from Sydney with free sandwiches and coffee to celebrate.
Kosta’s Takeaway, a Sydney-based sandwich shop known for chef-made, high-quality food, is opening a new location in Brisbane’s Gasworks Plaza in mid-February.
The expansion marks the brand’s move beyond Sydney, driven by founder Terkalas’s admiration for Brisbane’s food culture.
The new site will feature a terracotta counter, limited seating, and a menu highlighting signature sandwiches like panko-crumbed schnitzel and tuna melt, with bread from The Bread Social and coffee from Canberra’s Ona.
To celebrate, the shop will give away 100 free sandwiches on opening day, offer free coffee the next day, and serve doughnuts in partnership with The Bread Social.
