Blackpearl Group reported its strongest quarter ever, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) hitting NZ$23.7 million—a 114% year-on-year increase—driven by its Pearl Engine platform and growing adoption of Data as a Service, which saw zero revenue churn.
Despite typical U.S. seasonal slowdowns in December, the company achieved a NZ$4.3 million ARR boost, improved operating efficiency with ARR per employee at NZ$306,000, and reduced SaaS churn to 8.3%.
The platform processes over 21 billion signals daily, enabling real-time buyer identification and automated revenue actions.
Leadership said the momentum supports a path to NZ$30 million ARR, with long-term goals of NZ$50 million, and the company is now focused on scaling distribution and expanding Data as a Service adoption following its ASX listing.
