Nigeria extends expired NAFDAC licence validity to Feb. 28, 2026, for import processing.
The Central Bank of Nigeria has extended the validity of expired NAFDAC licences until February 28, 2026, allowing their use for Form M processing.
This temporary measure, issued due to technical challenges during NAFDAC’s transition from the NICIS II system to the new B’Odogwu platform, ensures uninterrupted trade.
Authorised Dealer Banks are required to accept expired licences during the grace period, supporting importers while NAFDAC integrates with the National Single Window.
The dispensation is temporary and ends on the specified date.
