KRAKacquisition Corp. priced its IPO at $10.00 per unit, raising $300 million by selling 30 million units, with trading beginning January 28, 2026, on Nasdaq under the symbol KRAQU.
Each unit includes one Class A share and one-fourth of a warrant to buy a share at $11.50.
The offering is set to close January 29, pending standard conditions, with separate trading of shares (KRAQ) and warrants (KRAQW) expected soon.
Santander is the sole book-running manager, and underwriters have a 45-day option to buy 4.5 million additional units.
The company has not identified a business combination target.
