flag Jeff Buckley’s 1994 song “Lover, You Should Have Come Over” enters the Billboard Hot 100 at #97, 29 years after his death, fueled by TikTok and a new documentary.

Jeff Buckley's first Billboard Hot 100 entry, "Lover, You Should Have Come Over," debuted at #97, almost thirty years after his passing. Due to TikTok exposure, the 1994 song from his album Grace—which was never released as a single—grew 3.8 million plays between January 16 and 22. Prior to returning to #13 following the release of Amy Berg's documentary *It's Never Over*, it had previously peaked at #22 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart in April. Buckley drowned in the Mississippi River's Wolf River Harbor in 1997 at the age of thirty.
