ACC Limited reported a 346% year-on-year surge in profit after tax to Rs 380 crore for Q3 FY26, driven by record revenue of Rs 6,483 crore and a 15% volume increase to 11.3 million tonnes.
The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly cement sales, supported by strong demand for premium brands and the RMX product line, while expanding its ready-mix concrete business with 14 new plants, bringing the total to 117.
ACC is progressing toward a planned merger with Ambuja Cements to form a unified "One Cement Platform," aiming for improved efficiency and a cost target of Rs 3,650 per tonne by FY28.
Despite a Rs 50 crore one-time expense from new labor regulations, the company remains debt-free with net worth at Rs 20,326 crore.
