Two more children of Pensacola youth director Rodney Jones were arrested in January 2026 for pressuring the victim to recant her sexual battery allegations.

Two more children of Rodney Jones, a Pensacola youth director charged with sexual battery of a minor, were arrested in late January 2026 on obstruction of justice charges for allegedly pressuring the victim to recant her statement. Romeo Jones, 23, and Selina Jones, 30, were taken into custody and released on $20,000 bonds each after arriving at the victim’s home in a H.O.O.P.S. van and demanding the victim retract her allegations. Their brother Rodrico Jones, 26, had previously been arrested on similar charges after reportedly offering $10,000 to the family to drop the case. Authorities say the siblings’ actions caused substantial emotional distress and interfered with the investigation. Rodney Jones, 57, was charged last Thursday and released on a $250,000 bond. The investigation continues.
