Two men arrested in Missoula face federal charges for fentanyl and crack cocaine trafficking, plus firearm violations.
Two men, Joshua Stephen Roybal, 35, of Kalispell, and Patrick William Allen, 54, of Spokane, were arrested in Missoula on federal charges related to drug trafficking and firearms.
Roybal was arrested January 24, Allen January 25, both without incident.
They face charges including possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug crimes, with Allen also charged as a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and accused of distributing crack cocaine.
Both appeared in U.S. District Court on January 27.
The FBI Montana Regional Violent Crime Task Force, with support from local agencies, led the investigation.
