MAGENTIQ EYE has launched updated versions of its AI-powered colonoscopy platform, MAGENTIQ-COLO™, with enhanced polyp detection and procedural quality. The FDA-cleared U.S. version uses AI to detect endoscopic tools and temporarily removes overlays for better visibility. The CE-marked European version adds automated bowel prep scoring, real-time cecum detection, and structured reporting. Clinical data from a large study in The Lancet Digital Health showed a 26% higher adenoma detection rate and 48% fewer missed polyps. The platform also offers AI-based polyp characterization and size estimation. Future tools for upper GI and early dysplasia detection are pending approval.
