The victory was built on a dominant first-innings 522, led by Bipin Saurabh’s 143 and captain Sakibul Gani’s 108, followed by a declared 505 for 6 in the second innings, powered by Piyush Singh’s career-best 216 not out.
Manipur were bowled out for 195 in their second innings, with Suraj Kashyap and Himanshu Singh taking three wickets each.
The win marks one of the largest margins in Plate final history and follows Bihar’s earlier promotion from the Vijay Hazare Trophy Plate Group.
