A two-truck crash on westbound I-84 near Bliss, Idaho, caused a six-hour closure Saturday evening around 7:22 p.m. A Utah driver’s 2022 Freightliner Cascadia crossed the median, colliding with a Texas driver’s 2023 Freightliner Cascadia, causing a jackknife. Both drivers, aged 29 and 37, survived and were wearing seatbelts. Westbound lanes were shut down, diverting traffic at milepost 141, with one lane remaining closed for recovery. Idaho State Police, assisted by local agencies, are investigating. No injuries were reported.
