Pillsbury Pizza Pops recalled due to E. coli risk, with 23 cases across Canada.
A recall of select Pillsbury-brand Pizza Pops has expanded to include multiple varieties—three-cheese, pepperoni, pepperoni and bacon, deluxe, and 3-meat—due to possible E. coli O26 contamination.
As of January 25, 2026, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) reported that the outbreak had impacted seven provinces, with 23 confirmed cases and five hospital admissions.
Severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fever are among the symptoms; young children, the elderly, pregnant people, and people with compromised immune systems are at higher risk.
Contaminated products may look and smell normal, and the outbreak is connected to a supplier of raw ingredients.
In order to remove impacted items, General Mills is collaborating with retailers.
Customers are advised to inspect freezers, throw away recalled goods, or bring them back to the store.
The CFIA's website has a complete list.
