A 597-acre freehold property named Woodlyn in Queensland’s Maranoa region is set for auction on February 27, 2026.
Located 20 km north of Wallumbilla, it features dense buffel grass pastures, native vegetation including bottle tree and brigalow, and nearly all land classified as category X on Queensland’s Vegetation Mapping.
The property includes modern fencing, steel cattle yards with a covered crush, a three-bedroom home, workshop, sheds, and water from a bore, dams, and Wallumbilla Creek.
It has bitumen access, generates income from seven on-farm gas wells, and is suitable for grazing or cropping.
