Over 100 workers at Second Step, a mental health charity in the South West, are set to strike for seven days in February over unresolved pay disputes, following a failed January walkout.
The union UNISON says the charity has not offered a fair pay rise despite ongoing talks, while Second Step claims it cannot afford increases without risking services.
The charity has proposed starting a union recognition ballot via Acas and is activating business continuity plans.
Picket lines will be held in Bristol, Bath, and surrounding areas from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. on strike days.
