Metallica and Dr. Martens have unveiled a limited-edition footwear collection launching January 29, 2026, featuring three styles inspired by the band’s tours and albums. The 1460 Metallica Boot and 1461 Metallica Shoe draw from the 1988 Damaged Justice and 1986 Damaged Inc tours, respectively, with original artwork by Pushead, “M” heel studs, special dog tags, and laces with the phrase “Boredom comes from a boring mind.” A third, all-black boot honors the 1991 Black Album, with the band’s logo on the ankle, “5th Member” on the heel, and matching laces. The first two styles are available at drmartens.com and Dr. Martens stores; the black boot is exclusive to Metallica.com.
