A 250-year-old Qing Dynasty complex, Liuli Ge in Beijing’s Beihai Park, has been returned to public access after 70 years of use by the Beijing Institute of Archaeology, which has relocated to Fengtai district.
The site, known for its glazed pottery and 1,424 Amitabha Buddha statues, is part of the UNESCO-listed Central Axis.
