Residents can participate via online survey or paper forms at libraries in Bridgwater, Taunton, Shepton Mallet, and Yeovil.
Support is available through the Somerset Domestic Abuse Service by phone, email, or live chat.
In emergencies, call 999 and press 55 for a silent alarm.
