Over 1.5 million bottles of Angry Orange Stain Remover recalled due to bacterial contamination; no illnesses reported.
Over 1.5 million bottles of Angry Orange Enzyme Stain Remover, sold at Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Meijer, Staples, TJ Maxx, and online from March 2019 to December 2025, have been recalled due to possible contamination with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacterium that can cause serious infections in people with weakened immune systems, medical devices, or lung conditions.
The product comes in orange and white bottles labeled “Angry Orange” and “Stain & Odor Remover” in 24-, 32-, and 1-gallon sizes, and some were sold with a UV light attachment.
No illnesses have been reported.
Consumers should stop using the product immediately and request a refund by emailing a photo of the bottle with “recalled” and their initials to productrecall@angryorange.com.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission confirms the recall.
