Kenya’s Jubilee Party has restructured its leadership ahead of the 2027 elections, appointing Richard Moitalel Ole Kenta as secretary general, replacing Jeremiah Kioni, who was named deputy party leader.
The changes, announced by the National Executive Committee under former President Uhuru Kenyatta, also include Zack Kinuthia as deputy secretary general, Vincent Kemosi as national chairman, Yassir Noor as national organizing secretary, and Saitoti Torome as chairman of the revived Jubilee Foundation.
Lawyer Dan Mwangi was named executive director.
The party emphasized unity, reform, and a focus on key issues like education, rejecting claims of lacking an agenda.
