Affected models include various Matrix and Vision treadmills with specific serial numbers made between April 2012 and May 2025. These treadmills have a straight power cord without a bracket that can disconnect during use, creating a fire risk. Sold at retailers and online from $2,100 to $8,100, consumers are urged to check for missing brackets and ensure cords are fully inserted.
