Four Madison residents—Zebulun Fazel, Genevieve Karamanski, Kareem Mayouf, and William Wambles—were arrested and charged with felonies in connection with eight graffiti incidents on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus over the past 18 months.
The vandalism, which targeted locations including Camp Randall Stadium and Bascom Hall, included pro-Palestinian messages and caused over $10,000 in damage.
Authorities recovered graffiti materials and multiple firearms, including an AR-15, during a search of one suspect’s home.
None of the suspects are currently affiliated with the university.
Prosecutors are considering additional charges, and investigators believe the suspects may be linked to other incidents off campus.
The case remains under active investigation.
