Three Pembrokeshire holiday parks sold for £16.7M after parent company collapsed.
Three south Pembrokeshire holiday parks—Meadow House, Noble Court, and Croft Country Park—were sold in January 2026 following the collapse of Celtic Holiday Parks into administration in May 2025.
The parks, which remained open during the transition, were acquired by Hall Bros Leisure, Threesix Holdings, and Henson Leisure Group for £10 million, £3.2 million, and £3.5 million respectively.
Estate agents Savills managed the sales, which attracted over 100 bidders, ensuring continued operation and honoring existing bookings.
