Three K-12 educators from Wyoming and Colorado are finalists for the 2025-26 National LifeChanger award for their impactful teaching.
Educators Sally Wheeler, William Luna, and Melissa Bays have been nominated for the 2025-26 National LifeChanger of the Year award, recognizing K-12 educators who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and positive impact on students.
Wheeler and Luna, from Wyoming, were honored for fostering student growth in agriculture and FFA programs, while Bays, from Colorado, was recognized for her work in inclusive education, helping students build life skills and succeed in mainstream classrooms.
The award, which has honored over 8,600 educators since 2011, offers cash prizes up to $20,000, shared with schools.
Winners will be announced in early 2026 by a committee of past winners and education professionals.
