Santos successfully loaded its first LNG cargo from the Barossa project in January 2026, marking a major milestone after resolving pipeline issues that caused a two-month delay. In the December 2025 quarter, the company produced 22.3 million barrels of oil equivalent, a 5% quarterly increase, with full-year output reaching 87.7 million barrels. Sales revenue rose 9% to over $1.2 billion in the quarter, totaling more than $4.9 billion for the year, driven by higher LNG and condensate volumes despite lower realized prices due to weaker global demand and a mild European winter.
