The band's "Hotel California" is now 28x platinum, ranking third in U.S. sales behind Michael Jackson’s "Thriller." The milestone, coinciding with the 50th anniversary, prompted a special vinyl release, and the Eagles concluded their record-breaking Sphere residency with 44 shows and over 700,000 attendees.
