Phoenix Leonard, 30, and Katherine Lynn, 23, both of Salina, fled the vehicle and were later arrested—one on a roof, the other in a doghouse.
Leonard was subdued after falling through a skylight and bitten by a K-9 unit; Lynn was found with drugs.
Both face multiple charges, including fleeing, burglary, trespassing, and drug possession, with Leonard also charged with kidnapping based on Lynn’s account.
The incident lasted until 6:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.
