A man in Oxfordshire was acquitted in January 2026 of three child sex charges from the 1990s.
Patrick Grealis, a man in his 40s from Oxfordshire, was acquitted at Oxford Crown Court in January 2026 of three sexual offences against two girls under 14, allegedly committed between August 1994 and August 1995.
The charges included two counts of indecency with a child and one count of indecent assault, with the latter alleging he touched a girl’s breast over clothing.
Grealis denied all charges, and a jury found him not guilty on all counts, concluding the prosecution failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
